Delivery Options:

For all orders over £15, you will automatically qualify for Free Standard Delivery. However, should you want your order for the next working day, you will need to pay £3.99.

Standard Delivery (3 to 5 working days):

  • Free standard delivery is applied on all orders above £15.
  • Orders below £15 are subject to a £3.75 shipping charge for standard delivery. 
  • Please note that orders containing multiple or large items may be split into separate parcels, and arrive at different times.

Next Day Delivery*:

  • Next day delivery shipping is available at a cost of £3.99.
  • Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday will be delivered on the next working day*.
  • Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday and over the weekend are not eligible for Next Day Delivery.
  • Orders placed on UK Bank Holidays may be delivered two working days later.
  • Please note that orders containing multiple or large items may be split into separate parcels, and arrive at different times.

*We cannot guarantee next day delivery. Please consult your tracking information for potential delays. We reserve the right to remove this Next Day Delivery service at any time and for any reason, without prior notice to you.

Why do you require a contact number for delivery?

Providing a phone number ensures that the courier can contact you with updates regarding the delivery of your order. This also provides a way for the courier to contact you should they encounter any issues at the point of delivery.

More Information

Most orders will be dispatched using Yodel and you will be advised by email once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number will be provided.

We will not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred through incorrect delivery addresses being provided, as these items may need to be re-delivered. 

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving full payment.

You can track your parcels on the Yodel website here. Alternatively, download the Yodel Parcel Tracker App** here, and see a two-hour time window for every delivery to a door or submit a photo of your safe place location at your delivery address for Yodel to deliver to if you're not home.

**The Yodel app is operated by Yodel Delivery Network, which has its own privacy policy and terms and conditions. Please consult Yodel’s individual policies for more information on this service.

If an item is not available due to stock shortages we will offer a full refund or where possible an alternative product.

Returns

If you no longer require the item, you can refuse the delivery or return this to us, if you notify us of this within 14 days of the product being delivered. You then have another 14 days to return the goods, and a refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the goods back. A refund will only be provided if reasonable care has been taken to ensure we receive the returned item.

Warranties & Guarantees

All products listed as new carry a manufacturer's guarantee; the time period of the guarantee will be different for each product. Beldray will provide a standard 12 month guarantee on all purchases.

Faulty Goods

If your item is faulty or develops a fault within the time period stated under Warranties & Guarantees, we will pay reasonable costs for the goods to be returned. Please contact us in advance regarding our returns procedure as refunds cannot be processed without the correct information being provided.

Reasonable care must be taken to ensure the returned goods are not damaged in transit and proof of postage must be obtained.

In the event that we cannot provide an exact replacement, a similar product will be offered. If we cannot provide an exact or similar replacement, a full refund will be offered.

Any damages from day to day wear and tear are not covered by this guarantee.

If an item is not available due to stock shortages we will offer a full refund or an alternative product.

If an alternative product is purchased but you decide you wish to return it, Beldray will pay reasonable costs of returning the product.
